Extrusion Film Laminating Machine This machine products use paper/plastic film/woven fabric or aluminium foil as subtrate, through coating film one time compouded to be two layer/three-layer (sandwich composite) or multilayer become new products. This new product used to many application for example food pakaging, release paper, indsutrial paper packaging, contruction/insulation etc .

This working principle is to coat glue on subtrate, the pass by the heating oven. Under the heating impressing situation to laminate with other subtrate (film, paper or aluminium foil) to form laminated film/paper. According to different requirements of packages, it could be two layer or three layers laminates and some can even reach five or six layer lamination.

This machine is used for cutting material from roll to sheet.

This machine is suitable for slitting and trimming the super-sized coiled material lke plastic paper, paper, cloth, and all kind of paper-plastic compound materials like laminated paper, aluminium paper etc.
